Exercising is not simply about managing your weight and looking good, it’s about being healthy and living the best life that we can. As women we need to be willing to take charge our health and our bodies.
Schedule exercise into your diary like you would do for any other important appointment – and don’t miss it! If you can’t get to the gym, go for a walk or buy a skipping rope – just get moving!
Remember that doing the same thing and expecting different results only de-motivates. If you expect to unveil the slim, trim, healthy you inside, then you must change.
