It has been said that whilst men take power, women eventually end up obtaining it. Does this mean women are less predisposed to play the power game than men?
Many women have realized that there is little to gain from becoming masculine. As a result of “political correctness” the macho male attitude has become unacceptable in many corporate environments - no one dares to think that women do not have the same capacities as men. Boys and girls know each another better these days; they have studied together and many men now have daughters who have higher education and more successful careers than they had in their lifetime.
