Let’s face it; it’s not easy out there. We’re in a global recession and I can sense the tension in the atmosphere. This macro level pressure is being experienced on a micro level in our lives. We are living in what can easily be termed “exponential times”. Increased communication channels (don’t tell me you haven’t heard of Facebook), increased pressure to perform in the workplace and in our personal lives and increasing complexity in social interaction means that many of us have been left feeling breathless and at a loss of how to navigate our lives.

This may sound scary but the truth is that massive change has the potential for massive opportunity. The key ingredient in recognising opportunity in times of change is self awareness and learning to change our perspective on life I.e. Getting connected. Many of us want to change but trying to change one’s external circumstances in whatever shape or form without recognising the need for a process of internal change is why so many people embark on a journey and although not through lack of trying they do not reach their destination.

It’s for this reason that the “Navigating Exponential Change” workshop was developed by Lisa Steingold of Life Inc. The workshop aims to help individuals address the challenges they face and to equip them with the tools to implement sustainable solutions that lead to a greater life experience. The workshop has been based on Lisa’s experience in coaching individuals and the most prominent challenges that they face.

The workshop deals with shaping the vision for your life, how to make positive sustainable change, how to identify your own stumbling blocks, letting go of guilt and implementing boundaries, the “H” factor – making happiness a priority, making communication work for you and learning to navigate adversity.
