“Fashionista by choice, web developer and content writer by profession at Trafficfundi.
Writing gives me the chance to reach out to just about anyone, which I completely love because I’m a people’s person. Being heard by people is one of the greatest things.
I firmly believe that imperfections are the things that make people perfect. It’s about taking the negative and turning it into the positive. Inspiring people is one of my strengths; I want to help make the world a fabulous place!

I dabble in social commentary, vigorously attempt to achieve enlightment and contribution to meaningful debate.
I was a child touched by previous atrocious
miss shaped and warped by evil intent
I was a child deprived by slanderous persons
now they quiet and innocently pretend
I was a child hurt by the loss of family
a generation uprooted, with which I now contend
I was a child beaten and punished
and now told I should not seek revenge
I was a boy filled with untold energy
Prevented from having all S.A. could provide
I was a boy stunted in the educative matter
Them trying to get intuition to subside
I was a boy called to black for entry...

I love food, street food in particular.
On my travels I've spent many hours observing and learning how to master the art of street food. My focus is on Thai and Indian food in particular (at the moment at least). My blog is a testament to this love for food.
My new venture, Fetty's Street Food Experience, takes me to people's homes where I teach them how to make authentic Thai and Indian food in comfort of their own homes as well as markets in Cape Town where you can sample the food I love most.
(my website is under construction and will be live soon). If you're interested in home cooking demonstrations or lessons please get in...

I am an ambitious but sometimes lazy young woman with a passion for Africa, its poetry and intelligence! I am on a constant pursuit of virtue. I write because I have never been able to stop even in times when I doubt my ability. I adore my friends and family, and hold on tight to them as my anchors and feel an overwhelming need to make them proud. I am working my way into the media and communications industry in small ways because I can't think of anywhere else that has as much hands on influence on people and I believe there is so much good that can be done there. I hope you enjoy my articles as much as I enjoy writing them!

I am a creative, passionate South African lass with a passion for craft, good food, music and reading. I love people and blending creativity with strategy which has led me to study English Language and Lit, Media and Communication and to go on to complete my honors in Brand Leadership. During this time I have been involved in a number of small creative businesses such as making and selling designer pinwheels, creative business brand consulting and workshops and have played around with making accessories for my friend's weddings ranging from paper boat and bunting cake toppers, to Star Wars felt brooches for the groomsmen! I'm always looking for a...

In a nutshell, I'm a foodie, Mom, home-maker and blogger - and I'm passionate about good food!
My love for all things culinary began in childhood as I grew up with two grandmothers and a Mom who made just about everything from scratch. After school I went on to study Food & Nutrition and opened my own small business producing handmade food products for an upmarket food store in Cape Town. Five years later I decided to sell the business to pursue my other passion - travel!
After spending nearly four years abroad I returned to Cape Town and took up a position as a Product Developer, which I did until I had my daughter two years later...

I am married with 2 little girls age 6 and 8. I am passionate about health and nutrition therefore I have recently started studying towards a diploma in Nutrition. I love anything to do with food! Whether cooking it, eating it or learning about how it feeds and nourishes us! I have worked for 2 magazines in the past: mums m@il and Breathe Magazine which was a guide to health and nutrition. I was given the opportunity to write amazing articles for Breathe and soon realized I thoroughly enjoyed researching and writing articles of various kinds, but of course I mostly enjoyed writing about general health & nutrition! I have worked for 5 years part time as...

I am a qualified nutrition-based enthusiast. I hold an Advanced Diploma in Nutritional Medicine from the College Of Natural Therapies in Sydney. I have written a 32 page booklet on living on a budget. The aim of the book is to fulfill nutritional requirements even if income is low. The recipes are for two weeks of dinners coinciding with a centre-link assistance income, and simple to follow with practical tips on how to save on shopping as well as equipment needed to prepare the meals. With clinical experience of food as medicine, this underlies the philosophy in this field. Born in New Zealand and travelled extensively.

II'm a homegrown Cape Town girl with a passion for writing. I love the simple things in life like laughing, joking and chatting; a smile is never too far from my face. I thrive on adventure; if it's a challenge and requires protective gear then I'm there. Along with my enthusiasm for all things creative, I am somewhat of a home body. A night spent in front of the TV with a slab of bubbly, is a night well spent.
I have ambitions of traveling the world, reaching destinations that could only be envisioned in a dream. My travel bug has taken me to France, Italy, Switzerland, England and Portugal; all of which came with exciting stories....

I have a quadriplecis brother-in-law and when he married my sister, this opened my eyes to the world of the Disabled people. After doing research and speaking to other disabled people, I realised they were not being treated fairly and were being charged a fortune for their Mobility Aids. I then cntacted Martin Brown, a very inspirational man and we discussed opening a KZN branch which I will start up and run. Martin Brown is a quadripleic himself and own Radical Mobility. I am focusing on KZN for now and I have always had a concern, passion and desire to help people (Abled, Disabled, Frail and Elderly), I took up the opportunity to join Radical Mobility in...
