There are those who argue that man has no ability to access information beyond the reach of his five senses. During the age of reason, when men decided that only empirical evidence and logic “mattered” we started losing touch with our deeper, ancient, inherited wisdom. If animals are so good at “sensing” things, imagine how much better we as cognisant beings can sense things too? It’s just that we have been taught to ignore our other sources of information, relying rather on the limited empirical evidence of sight, taste, smell, touch and hearing.

Remember who you are. You are a being of infinite wisdom.

KNOW YOURSELF. Start to listen to your body when it tells you, for the hundredth time, that you just know who is calling before you answer the phone, or that pizza makes you feel lethargic and a bit sad once you’ve washed it down with a Coke. That your morning cup of coffee might wake you up, but that it also speeds up your thought processes, sparking a touch of anxiety in your stomach area.

We have been so conditioned to think in a certain way, to rely on our minds as the most trustworthy of our tools, that we have allowed our minds to become our masters rather than the servants they were intended to be. We are slaves to our own thought patterns and -even worse- to our unconscious thought patterns. If we unconsciously believe, as most of us do, that we are unable to be intuitive or psychic, then hey presto! we manifest that thought into reality.

We need to allow ourselves the paradigm shift in the mental idea of who we are and what we can do. We are leaving the world of absolutes, of black and white, of right and wrong and entering a universe where two seemingly opposite truths can and do exist simultaneously. This is so because we are no longer occupying a three dimensional world, but a multidimensional world where something can be here and there at the same time. It is time to leap beyond the boundaries of previous mental constructs and simply allow the divine truths to emerge, which are more complex and yet simpler than we can ever imagine.

Conscious intuition can be applied in a myriad of situations from deepening the understanding of ourselves and our relationships, to physical health scans and probing the depths of philosophy and metaphysics. It is not a gift bestowed upon the favoured few, but one of our “senses” if you like, that we have forgotten how to use.

We don’t “think” how to smell, we simply smell. We don’t “think” how to intuit, we simply know what it is we are seeking. However, we need to remember how to do this and because it is our mental capacity that has squashed our intuition, it is our mental capacity we need to use in order to access it again. Ironically, the first thing we need to do mentally is switch off our mentality!

Coming from a place of unconditional love immediately aligns you with your soul purpose and gives you soul perspective. The wisdom thus accessed will feel like a simple knowing, a truth so deep and ancient within you that it will feel like it is a part of you. This is the secret to soul wisdom. It is a part of you – not something out there that needs to be acquired through ‘otherworldly’ means.

Intuition is a gentle experience. Take the time to ease into it and TRUST that what you discover is true and right for you.

When we use our intuition with Unconditional Love, we are not subjected to the laws of ego, the distractions of the mind, the pitfalls of emotion and the chains of doubt. When we work with Unconditional Love, we move into a place of all-powerfulness. All the usual dangers are removed, obstacles melt away and light guides us towards our greater purpose.
